Learning the content of the dialog platform, these are red lines

The platform for dialogue with Serbia, which the negotiating team has prepared, will today be sent to the Parliament. It sets out in this document that any agreement should be in accordance with the Constitution of Kosovo, must have recognition from Serbia, abolish Resolution 1244, and create a Serbia's war crimes tribulal in Kosovo. Any agreement with Serbia should be fully in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, which envisions that the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity is incompatible, irresistibly and protected by all means defined by this constitution and by law. That's what it says on the platform for dialogue with Serbia, which has managed to secure the newspaper “Voice”.
The platform prepared by the negotiating team, which will now be sent to the Kosovo Parliament, is, among other things, determined that the main goal of the Republic of Kosovo is to ensure the recognition and clear acceptance of Kosovo's sovereignty as an independent state, with legally binding pledges, conveys “Zeri.fo”.
Also in this document, which has provided “Voice”, it is suggested that there is no agreement on anything until there is no agreement on everything.
For the Republic of Kosovo, according to this platform, the legally binding final agreement comes into force only after meeting the following conditions: Serbia has recognised Kosovo as an independent and sovereign state, the referendum on the agreement has been held in Kosovo, and the agreement has been ratified by the congregations of both states.
Kosovo Constitution Not Open for Negotiation
The platform also states that the Constitution of Kosovo, which has included obligations issued by the Ahtisaari Plan, is not open to negotiation, writes the newspaper “Zeri”, the voice conveys.info.
It also speaks of advancing the rights of the Albanian community living in the Republic of Serbia in full reciprocity with the Serb community in the Republic of Kosovo;
As for the alleged danger of another level of governance in the country in the Platform, it is suggested that there cannot be another level of government in the Republic of Kosovo except the local and central level, writes “Zer”.
Rights on natural resources are of Kosovo
As for the rights on Kosovo's natural resources, with a strong emphasis on avoiding danger from the loss of the Ujman Lake and “Trepa” in the north, the platform says that in accordance with the Constitution and with its laws on natural resources and assets which are on the sovereign territory of the Republic of Kosovo are exclusively of the Republic of Kosovo and are therefore not open to negotiation.
While the normalisation process and the eventual agreement should include a clear, meaningful, unconditional and irreversible acceptance by the Republic of Serbia of Kosovo's legitimate citizenship. “This includes: recognition of Kosovo's independence and citizenship within existing limits”, said among other things in the platform, writes the newspaper “Zri”, sends “Zeri.info”.
Serbia's Kosovo Criminal Tribunal
As for war crimes, missing persons, victims of sexual violence and reparations, the Platform notes that the final agreement should establish a special equivalent of the investigation, prosecution and trial of war crimes committed by Serbia in Kosovo in 1998 and 1999. UN Resolution 1244 is also said to have to be abolished, since it is said the agreement will be reached under EU mediation and US support, which should also serve as guarantors of implementing obligations set forth in the agreement.
