Learning the content of the dialog platform, these are red lines

Any agreement with Serbia should be fully in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, which envisions that the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity is incompatible, irresistibly and protected by all means defined by this constitution and by law. That's what it says on the platform for dialogue with Serbia, which has managed to secure the newspaper “Voice”.

The platform prepared by the negotiating team, which will now be sent to the Kosovo Parliament, is, among other things, determined that the main goal of the Republic of Kosovo is to ensure the recognition and clear acceptance of Kosovo's sovereignty as an independent state, with legally binding pledges, conveys “Zeri.fo”.

Kosovo Constitution Not Open for Negotiation

Rights on natural resources are of Kosovo

As for the rights on Kosovo's natural resources, with a strong emphasis on avoiding danger from the loss of the Ujman Lake and “Trepa” in the north, the platform says that in accordance with the Constitution and with its laws on natural resources and assets which are on the sovereign territory of the Republic of Kosovo are exclusively of the Republic of Kosovo and are therefore not open to negotiation.

As for war crimes, missing persons, victims of sexual violence and reparations, the Platform notes that the final agreement should establish a special equivalent of the investigation, prosecution and trial of war crimes committed by Serbia in Kosovo in 1998 and 1999.
