The regular budget revenues 2019 are 1.9 billion of this 1.4 billion goes to salaries and social transfers, 500m euros are for goods and services and capital investments. Any other investment will be made on credit, just the tenders of this time, corruption has paid for the next generations”, Bajrami wrote.
