The Democratic League of Kosovo today has come up with an official response to recent reports and has shown openly that in no circumstances has this party been against friendship with the United States, Periksopi reports.
The LDK has said that the media have been disinforming opinion and that this party has expressed permanent friendship with the US, as well as is willing to enter the dialogue process.
This is the LDK's full reaction:
Kosovo is in a delicate situation, therefore there is no need, regardless of political animations, to dezinate the opinion by making unstable comparisons, just as it did to indexonline.net that LDK a month ago refused the US while today accused the Haradinaj Government of failing to lift the tax.
The LDK has clearly expressed itself for permanent friendship with the US, has supported and supported the dialogue on normalising relations with Serbia, resulting in mutual recognition of two sovereign states. That's the real and only position of LDK.
The LDK, in this legislature, is an opposition party and acts by the opposition in a positive and constructive way in the interest of Kosovo and stability in the region and beyond.
The LDK has indicated it is in charge of the ruling coalition, which has decided on the tax, to decide on its destiny. /Periscope/
