Krasniqi: Tax suspended for 6 months, agreement with Serbia conditioned

Jakup Krasniqi, in an interview on RTV 21, spoke about the 100 per cent tax imposed on Serbian products.

National Council of Social Democrat Initiative Chairman Jakup Krasniqi estimates that pressure from Washington and Brussels for tax removal to Serbia is in the wrong address and that this pressure should be guided by Belgrade.

But it adds that, since the country's liberation and independence have been co-ordinated with the Allies, then Kosovo's policy should unify positions for the tax to be suspended in a six-month term and if within that time no agreement with Serbia is reached.
