Kosovo flag designer: If territories are exchanged, the flag will not mean the same

But that's what's bothering Kosovo flag designer Mohammed Ibrahimi.

He has said that if the territorial exchange occurs, the Kosovo flag will not have the previous meaning.

If it comes by then in exchange for territory or correction of borders, then the flag or symbols thus far do not mean or have the meaning that they now have. I believe Kosovo will be a state with this map or with this territory that has been accepted and declared at that time and will continue, only that Kosovo's stability and citizenship must be strengthened, Ibrahim said.

He has also said that the flag represents Kosovo as it was when the state was declared.
