Ismail Kastrati and other residents of the Karacheva village of Kamenica are claiming that more than 10,000 hectares of property on Serbian territory are left under the Kumanovo agreement.
I'm 84 years old. I know exactly where the border was. The Kumanovo Agreement has played the administrative border, Kastrati told Klan Kosovo.
That these lands were on Kosovo territory they say they have facts. According to them, they always paid their taxes in the Kamenica municipality.
Their plight they are wanting to discuss in talks with Serbia. They addressed the negotiating team with a letter.
On this issue Selver Lenyan says many times they have been addressed to the heads of state, but so far they have not received an answer but hopes that their problem will receive a solution this time.
