The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, has talked about what the comprehensive government, which they proposed days ago, should look like.
According to him, such a government should lead parties according to political power in the Assembly. He has indicated that as the biggest front in the Assembly, the LDK should also have the prime minister's post.
A government that has all parliamentary parties listed according to the political power they have in the Assembly. (And what would it look like?) Based on the number of MPs who are in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. If LDK is the first parliamentary party, then the LDK will be the first, no longer the PDK. (It must be the prime minister?) He must have the Prime Minister. If even the second party, which is in number MPs, the third party with the number of MPs. (And the second party what should be there, Speaker of the Parliament?) We haven't worked it out, in view of host positions, but what we've said and that we stand firmly behind it is that we consider that dialogue should be developed by the government. It means no to a negotiating group, a group to say, as the State Team is saying, because we can have state teams when we have all the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo,” he said at “Blic 48x3>.
Mustafa has added that even dialogue should be led by the government, not by the president as it is now being sought, until it has shown that they are not planning to prevent him from being there and that they are not against him.
We have the Parliament, we have the Government, we have the president each with the Constitution, he has his own scope and responsibilities, and the responsibility of the Government is for the government to conduct negotiations. The negotiations made the Government, drop the documents in the country, the Parliament ratifys it, as it is then ratified by the president. And we stand that, under any circumstances, the government should carry the dialogue and the prime minister should be the one who has to represent the state of Kosovo in Dialog. We in no case stop the president from being there, and we're not against him, but Dialogue has to do the Government, and when he comes to the Parliament we have to secure at least two-thirds of the vote. ” adds Mustafa.
