None of these institutions, nor the Centre for Social Work in Drenas, nor the Ministry of Labour and Social Goods, nor the Kosovo Women's Network, know where the girl is and what her psychological and emotional state is, since they have not yet charged a psychologist with her case. They're not even treating her family.
Her class manager at the Drenas Centre for Social Work, Hysen Hoxha, said that in 2017 when her daughter had reported her violation from the teacher to the police, they as a center had engaged a psychologist but had refused to cooperate with her.
But, according to him, now that the case has returned to justice organs the Centre for Social Labor in Drenas has taken no action to help the victim.

The girl because of nature and the circumstances when she met with a psychologist did not want to cooperate with her, in all likelihood when the prosecution issued the decision she no longer wanted to talk to us and ended the case. . Information about the condition of the rape does not even have organisations dealing with women's rights protection. No action to help victim rape from Drenas has taken the Labour and Social Management Ministry.
From the Public Communication Office at the Ministry of Labour and Social Management, psychologist and family councils are said to be offered by the Centre for Social Labor in Drenas.
