After inspections, Basri Ibrahim said that it is not yet known exactly how the accident led to the death of the young man, Crenar Jemen, in the workplace.
He added that the inspections continue and in a few days will come out with a report on the accident.
While, manager of “Lab Oil”, Bislim Muqaj, has said that the 22-year-old had the task of technical control of the machine, adding that it is not known why it was put under a slide tape machine while working.
He then said the victim had protective equipment while working.
When asked why they allowed the job inspector the day before, he was reasoned that they had not been notified by the Inspectorate in time until he said he didn't consider being obstructed by the inspector's work.
