Thaci in the debate said that association would only be established if it is in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, and that fact has exacerbated Vuciqi, saying he has no interest in the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, as Serbia does not recognise Kosovo as a state.
And after that, angry Vucin has given Thaci his agreement on Brussels, telling him to read it.

However, Thaci has not taken the effort to deal with that document at all and has continued to speak.
