Journalist Baton Haxhiu said in an interview for “Themora” with Sonia Mecon at Nea's hour that Prime Minister Edi Rama does not have a public position on the issue of exchange of territories. According to Haxhiu, all those who say Rama is pro change of borders are heartless.

Haxhiu: How can you be so heartless with your country because you insult the prime minister for the fact that he has a position on the Kosovo issue.
Mecho: There's an attitude. Rama on the issue of partitioning Kosovo?
Haxhiu: No! As far as I know, there's no public standing. Private I don't know because it's worth nothing.
