Haradinaj's adviser: Mess will be the best in the world, Pristina the capital of Kosovo until the tax remains in recognition!

The European Union has repeatedly called for tax removal and continuation of dialogue, which has not happened.
The United States of America, following calls for tax suspension and for agreement between Kosovo and Serbia yesterday, through its two ambassadors -- that Scott in Serbia and Costet in Kosovo -- made the next call for an agreement between the two states to take place this year.
But can there be an agreement this year?
In this regard, news.net has contacted Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's Chief of Cabinet, Avni Arifin.
He has indicated that it depends exclusively on Serbia and that Kosovo is ready for agreement.
This depends exclusively on Serbia, if they want agreement we are ready, we have been here for a time, an agreement on mutual recognition is at the service of both countries, Kosovo is ready”, Arifi is expressed.
Asked whether the 100 per cent tax decision on Serbian goods will still stand in force, Arifi has given an interesting answer.
“Even Messy will be the best player in the world if there is connections, the dialogue that originally was unconditional” is expressed Arifi.
He has continued, saying these are separate competencies and are not linked.
“Mess is going to be the best player in the world, Pristina will be Kosovo's capital, the tax will exist until it recognises Serbia, these are separate competencies, they are not linked”, Arifi concluded.
On the other hand, however, political connoisseur Avni Mazre sees the situation a little differently.
In a proposal for news.net, Mazrek has indicated that the topic of the agreement is being viewed as something super-urgent, but also as something that is prepared, stressing how difficult it is to reach an agreement between states.

Mazreku has also said there is a lack of transparency on the issue.
And when it's said and the question is that a quick deal can be reached on a matter of weeks or months, it looks like it's prepared by someone else and there's a lack of transparency in this matter”, Mazrek added.
He has also voiced sceptical that an agreement between states can be reached so quickly, not commenting on US ambassadors in Kosovo and Serbia.
“I cannot comment the ambassadors' statements because they are certainly informed, but I am skeptical in the context of an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia that can be reached so quickly”, Mazreku has concluded.
We remember that official Serbia has consistently conditioned the continuation of dialogue with the removal of the tax from the Kosovo government, which it is refusing to do.
