Rikallos' dismissal has been one of five Social Democrat Party conditions for voting the Bill on the 2019 budget at today's Assembly session.
Haradinaj's full publication and the decision on Rikallo's dismissal:
Today, I have made my decision and relieved the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, Nenad Ricalo.
Mr. Ricalo expressed gratitude for co-operation over the time that he was active as minister in the Government of Kosovo.
In political processes before myself, I will respect everyone's commitment. Minister Rikalo was respected minister in the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
Co-operation with representatives of all communities and representatives of the Serb community will continue steadfastly.
