If the tax decision was sent to Government at the PDK initiative and voted for its removal, then it would imply Haradinaj's ousting from the prime minister's post.
Continuing dialogue with Serbia, Haliti does not see it possible without the withdrawal of the tax decision.
While praising that the negotiating team for the dialogue has been created as a contribution to President Hashim Thaci for talks he will hold with his Serbian counterpart.
He says the talks should lead the president, but disagree with the idea of changing borders.
Xhavit Haliti, who is also deputy head of the Kosovo Assembly, says he does not know who the prime minister referred to when using offensive expressions after the February 17th solemn session.
