Nenad Rikalo is still working as minister of agriculture on the Kosovo Government's official website, and the Ministry of Agriculture's, even though the prime minister has released him from office on Saturday at the request of the PSD.
KTV learns from close sources with developments that each of the ruling parties is targeting that dictatorship, even starting to bring the prime minister's proposals.
But, in the prime minister's office, they say it has not yet been decided who the new minister will succeed Serbian Nenad Ricalo is.
Neither Ricalo nor other Serbian ministers have attended any of the government's meetings since March 26th last year, in protest of Marko Djuric's arrest at the time.
In Government, they say there is still no decision for other Serbian ministers.
Meanwhile, the party that conditioned the prime minister's dismissal of Ricalos, The PSD calls for an expert to be appointed in the Ministry of Agriculture.
In the party of Shpend Ahmeti, they have said they are exploiting this weak government to work for the interests of citizens, but deny there is more Africa among them.
On Saturday, Kosovo's Assembly has held sessions from dawn until midnight to realise the 5 PSD requirements that had conditioned it to vote on Kosovo's budget.
