Fik Konica teachers write the letter to Yashaw: We trusted you when you said we'd all win.

Class-grade teacher (class 1-5) of the Lowing Middle School <x0)
The teacher's letter from the School “Faik Conica” says that if this ranking of co-afiences was proposed by the August, the SBASK should not accept, considering that we class teachers hold up to nine different subjects compared to those who have a subject.

Subject: Request
From: School target “Faith Conica”
Date: February 6, 2019
Your Honor. Jasharaj,
Through this letter, we ask that it be discussed and reconsidered in the leading structures of the SBASK Class Educators (1-5). We consider that there has been injustice to the fact that the cofficients are different from the 1-5th and 6-9.
Reasoning that there should be a difference because higher schooling is required at the lower middle level.
A 240 degree school E The CTS is mandatory for a level of 1-5 and sufficient for that 6-9, while the number of hours in a week is 21 for 3rd grade, 22 for 4th and 5th grade, and 20 for Low School, so the highest hours fund is for class teachers (1-5).
If this ranking of the cofficiators was proposed by August, you didn't have to accept, exactly because of the high reason and because the complexity of work is even greater in the primary cycle, considering that we class teachers hold up to nine different subjects compared to those of a subject.
Our request is to find the possibility of equalizing the cofficients to level 1-5 to that 6-9. We are aware that the solution cannot be made easily, but given that you have made the ad hoc decision, without consulting membership in the primary cycle of 1-5 and, not even colleagues 6-9 who are also opposed to this difference, it is up to you to find the ways to eliminate this separation in the community that has not existed until now.
The fact is that from this strike we have come out disappointed, we thought our rights would protect you and not allow this kind of discrimination that became our primary-level teachers.
We had faith in your statements “
We trust in the hope that this request will be considered on your part, on the contrary we will not stop seeking our legitimate rights. If our demands are not protected by the SBASK, our next steps may not be favourable either for us or for you.
With respect,
