The court has found that criteria have been fulfilled because there are circumstances that indicate the risk of escaping from defendants.
Similarly, the court has found that the necessary conditions for the detention of M.A. and A.M. have been met, as there is reason to believe that these defendants, if found in freedom, can eliminate, hide, change or forge criminal acts.
The parties against this act can file complaints at the Court of Appeals.
