When you're in trouble, go to your brother or your friend or where you think you're making a choice!
My colleague Genit Grrogur and I have a big problem.
Since almost a year, I was due to issue basic rights to be released from the mandate of the municipality assembly member, respectively, to exercise this mandate, to be democraticly won through elections.
Today, together with Gentrit, we addressed the Central Election Commission in the Republic of Albania for decertification from the mandate, respectively, for the appointment of a member of the municipality assembly's mandate, since the Central Election Commission in the Republic of Kosovo is blocked by nearly a year and is not making the decision against our request.
Our request to the CEC in Albania finds its attachments.
We are hopeful that in Albania we will find solutions to our plight. And if we don't, we're going to try to solve this problem in the friendly states of Kosovo, addressing the Central Election Commissions of the states and our request by keeping the embassies posted.
In Kosovo if the constitution is being issued with the failure of the CEC to function on the part of the country's president, “is not based on the Nami” whether the decision to desecrate and certificate the mandate of the ombudsman to be taken by any of the friendly countries' CEC. After all, this is just a technical procedure.
