Meanwhile, sources within the ministry have been talking about irregularities and confrontations, which have accompanied the diplomatic reshuffle process. The noise is mainly made by diplomats linked to the experts of the ruling parties. The ministry, headed by Pacolli, has blamed the law on not offering efficient mechanisms on how to implement the rotation system.
Pacolli has not gone to the end of the definition expressed on the list of names of diplomats who were due to return to Kosovo by the end of August last year.
