Other Details About Ivanovic Murder in the North

Milan Radojicicq, Nedelko Spasojevic and Marko Rossic, except for “including in the murder” of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanvik, are also charged with “organising of the criminal group”, “Reservation of UN personnel and persons protected by international law”, “general risk component”, “Attack on official persons while carrying out task”, “Blerje and unauthorized drug sales”, “grave murder”, “Using official task” and “Cause of serious bodily injuries”

Three key suspects in involvement in the murder of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic, on January 16th 2018, are also charged with a string of other criminal acts. Of the three suspects suspected of killing Ivanovic the Court of Appeals has released Dragisa Markovic, meanwhile, the other suspects have continued their detention for another two months. Key suspect Milan Radojicic, of whom he is said to have organised Ivanovic's murder, is still at large, though he has been declared an arrest speech, but Serbia has ignored. Radojic, who is deputy chairman of the Serbian List, has even attended a meeting of Kosovo Serb representatives with Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq in Rashka on Friday, writes today the newspaper “Zri”.

Thus it has been proven that he has the powerful support of the state of Serbia and of President Vuciq himself. Local Serbian media north of Mitrovica, referring to “Insader” in Serbia writes that suspects in Ivanovic's murder are charged with eight more criminal acts.

“Following the three suspects involved in the murder of Oliver Ivanov, Nedelko Spasojevicq, Marko Rosic and Milan Radojicicq, investigations have been expanded for eight other criminal acts, among which for organised crime, édelko Spasojevic and drug sales, heavy murder, summ on UN staff and for inflicting heavy bodily injuries <x1), have confirmed lawyers Nevan Kargoov and Halmut, who are protecting Spakev and Rosshqi.

According to them, in the proposal for continuing the detention of Kosovo State Prosecutor, whom the Court has approved in Pristina, they are said to have been part of the organised criminal group, and these works were carried out in 2011.
