In time, enemies can become friends”, the American diplomat said, in a text on his Twitter account.
Costett stressed that “this can be achieved by honestly discussing the bad past, focusing on the goods co-operation for the future”.
He has distributed a scripture that says the US-Vietname reports have progressed so much since countries normalised diplomatic relations in 1995.
Meanwhile, the US has repeatedly called on Kosovo to lift the tax so that dialogue can be continued and a final agreement with Serbia is reached.
