Corpses and wounded people, images of an accident in Macedonia

A bus is off the road and is down last afternoon on the Skopje-Tetovo highway. Presequently, 15 people died and 40 wounded.

Witnesses reportedly have caused the accident to break the bus tyre, causing the vehicle to end in the next lane of the highway. But this, according to unofficial sources, has been denied by the driver of the vehicle, writes media in northern Macedonia.

Z. Interior Minister Agim Nuhiu, as well as Health Minister Venko Filipce, have gone to the scene.

Random passers and citizens found on the scene have gathered groups and tried to roll the bus to enable the withdrawal of passengers left inside the bus to be thrown out.
