Column: Abuse occurred on three levels against a child

The Kosovo Assembly has launched parliamentary debate over the case of sexual harassment, sexual rape and illegal abortion of minors and institutional responsibility of the Government of Kosovo.

On behalf of the proposor, Fatmire Kolcak has said that because of the institutions' failure, they have sought this debate.

Kolcak said abusers were the ones the child would have to have more faith.

“Abuse began at school and crime continued in police, continuing crime and rape. While, when the third abuse occurred in an institution of evidence that had no license and there were no conditions for adopting”, she said, adding that there are violations at all three levels of”, she said.

She said they were forced to call this session because they had no official information from the government.
