Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has met deputies from the United Kingdom, John Grogan and Martin Vickers, members of the Friendship Group, United Kingdom Republic of Kosovo, as well as representatives and entrepreneurs from the Kosovo diaspora in the United Kingdom.
According to the communiqué from the Kosovo Government's Information Office, Haradinaj has informed MPs from the UK of Government priorities, dedication to fighting corruption and organised crime, economic development, meeting Kosovo's integration agenda and vital issues for improving citizens' lives.
Haradinaj has thanked the United Kingdom for the continued support it has given and continues to give Kosovo all the stages of its statehood, requiring further support for the processes Kosovo is going through, membership in international organisations and strengthening Kosovo's international subjectivity, as well as preserving the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The head of government, at this meeting, has called on Kosovo entrepreneurs in the United Kingdom to invest in Kosovo, reminding them of the best fiscal policies in the region, the law on strategic investments and the country's government's bid for partnership and support.
We're lucky to have educated and skilled young people in their work. Now more than ever, we need this experience and experience of entrepreneurs in Western countries to broadcast it to our young, in the function of developing the country”, Prime Minister Haradinaj has said, inviting Kosovar entrepreneurs to the United Kingdom to come with concrete offers to implement it in Kosovo.
