DP leader Lulzim Basha has said today is a historic day and that the mandates will be returned to the people.
The opposition in Albania is seeking transitional governments and early elections.
They say Prime Minister Edi Rama has come to power with stolen votes.
The interest in this protest has also been expressed by foreign media located near the Albanian Assembly.
