According to them, the Ministry of Education has not consulted them before making that decision.
Meanwhile, Minister Bytyqi's adviser, Valmir Gashi, contacted by Periscopi, has said there is no legal provision to prevent the replacement of hours lost during the strike.
With the verdict in question, we inform you that the form planned for replacing lost hours during the SBASK-organised strike has been made in full co-ordination with the Municipal Education Directorate. There is no legal design preventing the replacement of hours lost during the strike, even the decision has been made in full accordance with the administrative direction for the 2018/19” school year calendar, Gashi has said in an answer to Periscopi.
He has said the strike has caused harm to students, and by this decision they are aiming to recover that damage.
The minister's decision to replace lost hours during the strike is extremely positive, is in line with students' interest, in order to recover the damage that has been done to them by strike”, Gashi has said.
Periscop asked if August consulted the SBASK before making that decision, but he has given no answer to the case.
The SBASK is considering this decision unilateral, and today, it has warned the indictment against this decision, and has also called on the DKA not to comply until the court comes up with a verdict on the case. /Periscopi/
