MPs have called for account about this amount from Deputy Finance Minister Fatmir Gashi, who was invited to clarify the Financial Management Audition Report and public debt checks for 2009-2017, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Also requested has been a report by the Government, in which the use of 500 thousand euros would be described.
Commission chairman Driton Selmanaj, formerly LDK deputy, has said it is meaningless to share that amount for this year, taking as an example in 2017, when only 70 thousand euros were allocated.
Why all this amount, 500 grand? Why aren't they planned earlier when the date of Independence is known? For us, the tenfold increase in expenses is meaningless. What other activities are organized besides the concert, and how much can it cost? Even worse, we as deputies have been invited, not on behalf of the prime minister, but on behalf of Prime Minister”'s wife, Selmanaj has said.
