Aktakuse against two people who were “smuggling with immigrants”

According to the indictment, on December 21st of the year we left behind at the border point of the White End, defendants E.S. and A.B., in co-operation, with the aim of direct financial gain, have attempted to smuggle with migrants in the manner that the defendant A.B. had previously contacted the injured L.T. and T. TH., for sending them to Western states, Switzerland, respectively.

For these services, T. TH. He had to pay the sum of 3,500 euros, while the injured L.M. paid the equivalent of 4,000 euros after reaching the state of Switzerland.

The defendant A.B., on the upper date, had brought the injured to the restaurant é Victoriaı, near the country called the Crepé, to Kamenica, where he was then sent from there to Serbia, the other defendant E.S., but that at the Kosovo border point Serbia has been investigated by Kosovo police and returned to Kosovo.

With these actions, the defendants have carried out the high-profile criminal work, which has remained in the effort.

The prosecution, on the occasion of setting up the indictment, has proposed to the court that the defendants plead guilty to this offense and pronounce criminal sanctions with which the purpose of the sentence would be achieved.
