SINKON's full announcement:
Your Honor,
Through this communiqué the Union of Air Traffic Controlers INKON wants to announce the public who has decided to suspend Friday's 12-hour strike of 22,02,2019. Once, we announce that the strike on Saturday and Sunday (23rd and February 24th 2019) will take place in 12 hours (from 0800 to 800 local hours) at the announcement issued earlier by SINKON. SINKON expresses consideration for the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Mr. Lekaj in the effort he is making to address SINKON's demands. We once took the opportunity to invite the president of the Republic not to decree the League of Salaries and turn it into the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. Respectfully, SINKON
