5 Reasons to Contradict the Prosecutor's Reason for the 16-year-old in Drenas

Nimon has listed on Facebook, several reasons that according to him influence him not to believe statements concerning the case.

Nimon says that only statements by the minor girl have been taken on the basis of the investigation, and that there is no mention of the forensic examination reportedly done to the girl, nor of the fact that the professor has been interviewed, as it is said today.

Nimon has even raised doubts that this criminal outcry against the minor for false statements has been worked on these days, as she had not been aware of the same day itself.

Also, the Organisation “Arise” has announced that they have addressed a letter to the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council on these issues and that it expects the measures to be taken for the case.

For many reasons, I'm trusting these statements to the Prosecutor, some of which I'm referring to:

No. PP/ II NR. 5763/17 for a break of investigation into Professor St. By January 19th, 2018, the investigation was fired only on the basis of a changed juvenile statement;

In this decision to lay off last year's investigation, at no point does the forensic examination mention, nor does the fact that the professor has been interviewed, how they are posing today;

It doesn't include the fact that other investigations were conducted except for the amended juvenile statement, that means they didn't have any investigations;

They're now claiming to have initiated procedure against the minor for false speaking, so in January 2018, when they even closed the investigation. That's why she hasn't even been aware of her own minors, and now after a year, it's turned out they've had an initiative a year ago. To make worse, I doubt that this criminal threat worked these days, if it even exists;

There are powerful grounds for development of other investigations, if the management of material evidence, if witnesses have been informed (including the reason for the decision to cease the investigation).

The prosecution's statements and actions, they only blur and make it difficult to clear the case, and maybe that's to warrant the prosecution's shortcomings.

We, as an organization, have a letter of request addressed. KKPs and Chiefs, to initiate and develop investigative and accountability procedure against the prosecutor of the case, which we believe, whether intentionally or underachiever, the random prosecutor has made professional duties.

Sdq, we believe that the KKP will first take measures against the prosecutor for the launch done and will also proceed further with investigations and responsibility for the punishment of those involved in this case.
