Only 200 American soldiers will remain in Syria

He said the Islamic State militants have been defeated, but critics say the extremist group has not completely disappeared.

The BBC reported that the Syrian Democratic Forces, supported by the United States, are trying to evacuate civilians from Baghuz, a village in eastern Syria bordering Iraq.
