Wessel is expected to be interviewed by Special Court tomorrow

Kadri Wessel's interview was originally scheduled earlier this month, but was then postponed for December 10th.

Wessel's office had reportedly postponed the interview because of technical causes. At a media conference, Wessel had not indicated whether he was invited to the quality of the suspect or the witness.

Specialised Rooms and Prosecutor's Office Specialised Kosovo is part of Kosovo's court system. Chambers charge with every level of the court system in Kosovo. They were formed on the basis of the Constitutional Amendment and Law adopted by the Kosovo Assembly for judging claims presented in the 2011 Council report on international violations.

Chambers are at stake and with a mandate of jurisdiction specifically defined for crimes involving humanity, war crimes and other crimes defined in the Kosovo Law, allegedly committed between January 1st 1998 and December 31st 2000. The law can keep court processes out Kosovo. Specialised rooms have headquarters in Hag, Low Countries, and work judges, prosecutors and internationals.
