In the morning in the lowland, fog and thin frosts may develop.
Minimum temperatures are designed to move between -3 and 1 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is projected to move between 5-9 degrees Celsius.
It will blow from the southeast and northwest direction at speeds of 1-6 m/s.
