They said visa liberalisation could happen next year.
MP Peter Beyer said they will do their best to support Kosovo in this process.
We're doing our best to support and facilitate the process, as you know, the year is not over yet, but we have to be real. I would sincerely and seriously expect that before this year's end all the remaining issues will be clarified and exceeded, but the year is only over and we will probably see it next year”, he said.
The state of Kosovo has already received promises of visa liberalisation, but there have been continually delays from European states despite meeting the criteria.
