Anyone violating deadlines for use of fireworks can be punished by up to $7,000

Fireworks and other pyrotechnic devices cannot be used until December 26th.

Kosovo's Ministry of Internal Affairs says the set time for the use of fireworks is allowed by 2 January.

Article 48 says that the criminal judicial person is fined in many of the thousand (10000) to 7,000 Euro if the paragraph 3.15 of this article” is violated, says the MPB's response to Rtv21.

But if you break the rules there will be fines for the workers as well.

Measures for the protection of health, human life, property, and the environment are taken according to the provisions of the civil use of explosives and for safe use of fireworks.

The MPB also showed what kinds of pyrotechnic tools will be allowed to be used and which age can be sold by law.

“Categoria 1: 12) (12) years; category 2: sixteen (16) years; category 3: eighteen years (18) years; category T1 and P1:18) years”.”, says the MPB response.

On the other hand, Kosovo police spokesman Bucky Kelan said that this year has not yet been reported for any cases of abuse of pyrotechnic means.

Fireworks, explosive devices that flood on the night of changing weather, or days earlier imported to Kosovo by other countries. In the past year, 70 tonnes of pyrotken vehicles and the same amount so far are in Kosovo in 2019.

“The companies licensed for import, transfer, transit, export of explosives and Fireworks are allowed to import on terms and Deponding criteria, but does not mean that the state of quantity of Fireworks does not change until the end of 2019-2020<18x1>, the MPB response reported.
