Trump miscommunicates Macroni for comments on NATO: “

In November, Macro had told The Economist that the world was experiencing NATO's clinical death, warning that alliance members could no longer be supported by the US.

Commenting on a news conference in London, Trump said that Macroni's words had been “too much, very dirty” for the other 28 member states and that it was the most insulting “” from the French president to call NATO a clinically dead.

You can't go upside-down and say those words for NATO,” added Trump.

He said France was trying to tax the products of other states, and so the United States would tax them.
