The historic French capital church was burned eight months ago, during which the dome was completely destroyed.
“Worshipers can attend Saint-Germain-Iuuxerrois Church Mass, located near the Louvre Museum or at the Saint-Sulpice church near Luxembourg garden”, the French diocese said.
According to one spokeswoman, the Christmas Mass has been held annually in Notre Dame cathedral since 1803, even during the German occupation of Paris in World War II.
The world saw horror as Notre Dame, located in the heart of Paris, at Ile de la Cite, was caught in flames on April 15th. French President Emmanuel Macron declared that the cathedral would be rebuilt by 2024.
