“Through the first invitation, I invite you once again to attend the consultative meeting for the mandated appointment of forming Government. As I mentioned at the first invitation, in accordance with Article 84 (14) and Article 95.1. The Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo will take the steps defined in the Constitution for appointing the mandate for forming the Government of the Republic of Kosovo”, Thaci wrote to Kurti.
President Thaci has told Kurt that he officially received no excuse for his absence at the 13:30 meeting, so he invites him back to his appointment tonight at 8:00 p.m. December 27, 2019, at the cabinet of the president of the Republic of Kosovo.
