The country's president, Hashim Thaci, has today decorated it with the “order. Freedom Warrior Adem Jashari”, Hashim Halitin, one of the early Kosovo Liberation Army fighters who had died on December 7th last year.
President Thaci has said the Haliti family has made a valuable contribution to our liberation fight.
“With command “Freedom Warrior Adem Jashari”, after his death, decorated Hashim Halit, one of the early fighters of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
Hashim Haliti was deputy commander of Brigade 112 “Arben Haliti” and later chief of the Operations Sector in the Drenica Zone.
The Haliti family has made a valuable contribution to our liberation fight”, President Thaci wrote.
