Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has issued no. No. 3/05/2019 for calling the First Assembly of the Seventh Legislate of the Republic of Kosovo, which will be held on December 24, 2019, at 9:00.
He made that decision in support of Article 66 (3) and Article 84 points (3) of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, Article 6 of Law No. 03/L-094 for president of the Republic of Kosovo ( GZ, No. 47, 25 January 2009), as well as in view of the announcement of the 2711.2019 Central Election Commission for Certificate of the final results of early elections for the Assembly, accepted by the president's office on 29.11.2019.
The chairman and chairmanship of the sixth Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, in accordance with relevant legislation in force, will prepare the agenda proposal for the First Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo's Seventh Legislate.
