A Kosovo citizen with a position at Canton St. Gallen, father of five, with the ruling of the Federal Court must release Switzerland. His wife and children have Swiss passports, while he does not, writes sda.ch.
The reasons that pushed Switzerland's highest court rate to make that decision are the many sheepites Kosovo has committed and the use of social aid, debts to the state, etc., broadcast albinfo.ch. According to the court, the burden of wrongdoing he committed weighs more than the right to regular family life and the convention on child rights that ensures right in question.
The person, today 32-year-old, had committed a delta in 2005 and was sentenced to a failure to enter Switzerland. Yet he has repeatedly entered. After marrying a Swiss woman, he also received permission to stay in Switzerland. Since then, however, he has not worked anywhere, and he has been sentenced several times for deltas in communications.
The person in question had come to Switzerland in 2000 at the age of 13. His parents had sought asylum, but their request had been denied, sends albinfo.ch. Meanwhile, the entire family had been granted temporary status (Viza F) in 2008, he had been suspended from this residence permit after the law had violated. On that occasion, he had also been pronounced the measure of a ban on entry to Switzerland, which he had repeatedly violated.
By 2011 he had married a Swiss woman, and on the basis of the family union, he had moved back to Switzerland, accompanying albinfo.ch. That same day, he was admonished not to conflict with the law and start any work in Switzerland. Otherwise, she would be allowed to stay.
But the one from the beginning has received constant social assistance, and according to the court's decision, he has never made serious efforts to find employment. Yet, residence permit (B) has continued from 2012 to 2014.
Further followed are a series of delicts in communications. Meanwhile, he continues to find no work and continues to collect debts. By the end of 2017, he owed about 30,000 francs to the State.
In 2015, after a subsequent sentence, St. Canton's Office for Migration. Gallenite decided not to continue his residence. Meanwhile, the young couple had given birth to five children!
On the pretext that the Convention was violating children's rights and the right to family life, he had filed a complaint with the Federal Court. The latter, as already written, concluded that Kosovo should be expelled from Switzerland.
