(7 years ago)Kosovo Police Inquiry Department of Investigation concerning the incident that occurred on November 09th at the “Dulplex” in Pristina, respectively, has requested information from Kosovo police about actions and reactions or evental actions by police officials that took place near the site of the event on official or even outside official office. [...]
IPK investigative investigators have analysed this information as well as several videos that were provided by security cameras at the site of the incident.
This case, also based on IPK law, has been initiated according to official duty.
On November 18th, IPK has been recommended as the suspension of two specialised police officials ( NJSO Special Operations Units with G.P. and I.H initials until the investigation is complete.
In co-ordination with the competent prosecutor, the subject is being investigated in regular procedure with the suspicion that criminal acts were committed “The use of official position or authority” by Article 14 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
