It is still not known what quality he was invited to, but as Latifi has said at the invitation he has received, he has been asked to bring testimony to the Specialised Prosecutor for Kosovo.

Otherwise, Latifi had earlier said he would not resign from the post of mayor of the municipality, as did his party chairman, Ramush Haradinaj, after being invited for an interview by the Special Court.
