Republika Srpska List warns abandoned institutions

The Zvecan Assembly has decided to support the Serbian List proposal that all Serbs release Kosovo institutions if the Court of Appeal confirms the two-year prison sentence for Ivan Teodosijevic, parallel chairman of Zvecan, due to his promotional statements concerning the Recak massacre. Serbian List Chairman Goran Rakiq has assured northern Kosovo Serbs that all Serbs in Kosovo institutions will resign if the Pristina Foundation Court's decision on the two-year prison sentence of Ivan Teodosijevic, parallel chairman of Zvecan, who until he was Minister of Local Power Management, had issued promotional statements concerning the Recak massacre.

He had said Recak's “massacre is a lie fabricated by KLA terrorists”. “For aggression in our country by NATO forces has been the so-called humanitarian disaster in Kosovo's spaces, Recak's fiction, and those exactly terrorists -- the Albanians -- are the ones who have invented it, they have committed crimes in Kosovo, for which no one has yet responded. They have committed crimes prior to NATO's aggression, killed the good and worthy Serbs at work. Their bloody works have continued during NATO's aggression, but even after the arrival of so-called peaceful missions in Kosovo”, the Teodosieviqi had declared, in March of this year on the 20th anniversary of NATO bombings, until this year's investigation has been initiated.

This statement by Pristina's Constitutional Court has been described as inciting hatred and has therefore condemned Todosijevic to 2 years in prison.
