Recognition of the Constitution: VV twice tries to make government, if not, goes to new elections

Hasani says that, unlike Northern Macedonia, where the winning candidate must persuade the president to receive the mandate, constitutional provisions are different in Kosovo, and that according to the provisions, the mandate must be twice from the winning group or party.
“VV twice tries to make the government if it doesn't go to new elections”, Hasani says.
He also said that if the Assembly doesn't meet, then it can't go to new elections.
“If you don't choose the head of the Assembly and Headship, then there's no Assembly”
