At today's constitutional session, the new MPs will be sworn in, while the election of Kosovo's Parliament chairman and vice-presidents is first. The chairman proposes the winning party, which in this case is the Vetevendosje Movement.
Already we have no agreement between the first two parties, V V- The LDK, at the constitutional session, can only see MPs' oaths, rather than electing the mayor and vice-presidents for lack of votes.
Today's session procedures explain to Kosovo political analyst Ramush Tahiri, who, according to him, is expected to take place within the day, but if there are no votes after MPs are sworn in, it can be suspended until they are provided for the appointment of chairman and chairmanship.
“The meeting gives the MP's oath so that the meeting can begin. After the oath they pass into the Parliament's election troops. Then the leader is appointed, the oldest and youngest deputy. First comes the proposal for chairmanship by the Vetevendosje Movement, which will be voted in principle, if it gets 61 votes, and takes office. Then it is switched to the sub-chairman part, two Albanian deputy speakers, two deputy heads of communities. But the constitutional gathering should be held within that day. There is no need to stay on, but only those to whom it belongs have knowledge. Tahiri says the right to proposal for chairman of the Parliament belongs only to the first party, the Vetevendosje Movement. As long as it shows political maneuvers that can occur during the hearing.
Now if Vetevendosje's Proposal for Parliament Speaker doesn't win votes, the assembly goes on vacation, then when the votes come the proposal again. The proposal can be given indefinitely until resolved, because no one has a right to the Constitution, by law, with regulations other than Vetevendosje to give the proposal for chief parliament”, Tahiri had declared.
