Kosovo police seize considerable quantities of meat in Pec, arrest a person suspected of criminal work production and circulation of harmful food items.
Kosovo police, Pec Police Station Units, implementing the Constitutional Court's ordinance in Pec, have conducted a raid on the village of Siga in the Pec municipality.
As the statement reports, seven (7) cow heads and items without identification have been found during a raid on a warehouse.
After being notified by the police, AUV and customs inspectors have emerged instead.
After verifying the facility by inspectors, it has been found that the depot in question does not meet hygieno-sanitary conditions and that official seals (roumbs) have been placed on the doors of the warehouse until conditions for annihilation are created, while seven) head of cows and cattle have been confiscated after a document has not been presented from the suspect to identify their background.
At the order of the state prosecutor, the suspects have been declared the 48-hour police ban.
