After yesterday's former deputy candidate from PSD ranks enjoyed Kastrati, at the same time, the brother of Kamenica Mayor Central Kastrati, had announced through the social Facebook network for this invitation.
Today, the PSD considers it unacceptable for such grave accusations to be conveyed by suspicious processes. Since, according to them, the accused of “preparing the Terrorist Acts”, they have not accepted an official invitation or notice from the Constitutional Court, they have only been announced over the phone.
“Day, two Social Democrat Party activists have only been reported over the phone that an indictment has been filed against them. Keen Kastrati, Korab Korca (former VV activists, now PSD) and the Gerbeshi (VVV activist) are charged with “preparation of the Terrorist Action”. They have accepted no invitation, notice or any other kind of official letter from the Constitutional Court regarding the case. Even now, this process began with irregularities”, said the communiqué.
The case of activists Astrit Dehari, Adea Batusha, Atthe Arifi, Egzon Haliti, Fraser Krasniqi and Petrit Ademi, was mentioned in the report, who, according to the PSD, were charged with terrorist attack on the Kosovo Parliament, which they claim was finally brought down as a case in a lack of evidence and thus became impossible or the beginning of a new process.
It is unacceptable that such grave charges be forwarded to suspicious processes, which weigh only on the accused and never on the jury, or other relevant factors in the case, which have clearly not done the job properly”.
This lets us understand that the goal was to discipline the protest citizens, through insults against activists, for whom no evidence was found. The same fate awaits the case in question”, says away in the communique.
According to this party, politically mounted cases undermine the possibility of the Republic of Kosovo developing as a democratic country.
This thing will not be allowed in any way. We are convinced that this process is fabricated and that it will fall as such. The Social Democrat Party supports activists in each step necessary for proving their innocence. We ask the Constitutional Court to prevent political persecution of activists without any actual basis”, the PSD concludes.
