The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has applied to the Constitutional Court in Gjakova for the appointment of the detention measure against two G.A. defendants, and B.N., because the same men allegedly carried out the works Pena “vrasje” and “kept possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
The case occurred at 04.08.2018 in the village of Ludrovc, the Malisheva municipality, where defendants G.A., and B.N., deliberately, in co-ordination, for unknown motives have now deprived the late S.B.
While they were driving with their vehicles, in a moment the N defendant. R., (where charged with murder from January 29, 2019), stops the car, and along with two other G.A. defendants, and B.N., approach the now deceased car, where one of the defendants with the T-type 762m calibre gun, shooting out of the vehicle in the direction where the deceased was sitting, shooting him on the left-hand side of the neck, head and wearing the right, robbing the same one from life, and then leaving the scene in the unknown direction. With these actions, there is doubt that defendants have fulfilled elements of the criminal act “murder”. And the same, earlier to 04.08.18, without authorization have held weapons that the deceased S. B”, said in communique.

The prosecutor-in-law against them has demanded a 30-day detention measure.
