The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has sentenced the accused K to four years' removal of freedom. Mr., as a result of slow - pace failure, he had caused traffic accident where one person died and four others had been injured
“The accused on the date of 04.07.2019, at 10:55 p.m., on the Uglare Malisheve Street of Gjilan, heading his vehicle, has entered the curve without adjusting the speed of driving, at a speed of 89 km/h, while the allowed speed has been 50 km/h, losing control over the direction of the vehicle, after which it hits the Mercedes brand car, which has been heading G. S., who after his wounds is taken, changes lives while injured remains F. S., B. Mr., A. Mr. and Mr. Z”, says the media report.
With these actions, accused K. Mr., has committed criminal work “jeopardising public traffic”, the action sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). The court, in addition to being sentenced to prison, has also pronounced a safeguard clause against the accused, a ban on driving a 1-year vehicle, after the integrity of the indictment.
